"Sage" retainer rate: $80 per hour
- For short-term "how do I" consulting (phone or e-mail; no turnkey code)
- Fee payable in advance
- One hour minimum
Basic project rate: $85 per hour
- $5/hour discount ($80/hour) for projects over 40 hours
- For projects over 16 hours 50% of estimated project estimate pre-paid
- Two hour minimum
Macro training
- Classes available for: WordPerfect 8 through 12, and Word 2000, Word XP, and Word 2003
- Macro training at your facility
- Includes hand-outs and other training material
- No student limit, but recommended maximum is 12 per class
- Curriculum can be modified to suit your needs
- Two-day minimum
- Fee: $750 per day, plus expenses
VB6 and VB.NET training
- Classes available Visual Basic 6 and VB.NET, as these platforms relate to automating WordPerfect, Word, and other common office tools.

Notes, Services, and Policies
- All work is given priority, but rush jobs are not possible due to my other commitments. Advance notice is required before work can begin.
- The retainer and/or advance payment requirement is waived for U.S. and state government agencies. I accept work from U.S. and state government agencies on a case-by-case basis only.
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) are accepted for all professional services.
- Yes, I accept PayPal!
- I do not charge a separate license for you to use or sell the macros, automation systems, or other code I develop for you. (Exception: I retain non-exclusive rights to use certain common programming routines I have previously developed.)
- Occasionally it is necessary for me to visit your office to plan, develop, or test macros or other automation systems. In these cases, portal-to-portal travel time and travel-related expenses are extra.
- I do not provide general training or consulting on WordPerfect or Word. Please refer to WordPerfect Universe for general word processing consultants and trainers.
- I do not provide general word processing, desktop publishing, or file conversion services. Please refer to the link above for consultants who provide these services.
